Alumni:

STRATEGIES AND TOOLS FOR TRACKING ALUMNI
In response to CAPES’ new requirements regarding alumni tracking over the past five years, the PPGHis has developed a database with information about the master’s and doctoral graduates of the program between 2016 and 2020. To this end, the following procedures were adopted:

a) Application of a “Webform” questionnaire created by the Self-Evaluation Committee, containing detailed information about the professional status of PPGHis graduates and the connection between their current activities and the program they attended. This form can be accessed as an annex on the Sucupira Platform.

b) Monitoring, by the program’s administrative office, of employability data and academic output of alumni through direct consultation of the Lattes Platform, as a way to supplement incomplete responses in the Webform or to address cases where no response was received.

It is important to note, however, that in certain cases it was not possible to obtain the desired information due to either the lack of a response to the Webform or outdated Lattes curricula.
